I am a huge fan of Julia Cameron's the Artist's Way - I have been journaling 3-pages every morning since the beginning of this year (I recently retired from 25+ years) Along with my morning journaling I do a daily sketch in these books ... I like the size and the discipline having the small sketchbook by my reading/writing chair ... this has been a perfect sketchbook. I like the feel of the paper and the sturdiness of the book itself. 5-stars

I like the smoothness of the sheets for sketching. The paper feels really nice and pencil also erases easily.

I got this for my granddaughter and she loves it!

The ink does not leak through. The sizes are great. They are well-made. I buy more than one.

I have used copic set of greys to draw some zombies, I have never used copics before and wasn't sure if this is gonna be the right paper. I am not a professional artist,I do it for fun but atm i feel i really like this sketchbook .You can use-Brush penPigma pensPrismacolorCopics (I love copics)I am not sure if this paper is good for watercolors

This is a nice book and is what I was looking for to use on a project. The problem is, while the height does measure 12 inches, the width is not a full 9 inches. Plus, you loose almost a 1/2 inch of paper from the spiral binding. I wanted to be able to put a full piece of paper (8.5 x 11) on a page. If the width of the pages had been as advertised this would have been possible even with the loss from the spiral binding. Now, I will have to trim my paper with a paper cutter and lose part of the paper so it will fit. Not happy about that. It really should be the size advertised. I don't think that is too much for a customer to expect. Otherwise it is a very nice book.

I bought the 5x7 but realized it was too small and also got the 7x10. I wish there was something in between like 6x8.5, but am pretty happy with the 7x10. It's perfect for sketching with a regular gel pen, doesn't bleed through the pages. Wire bounding is good quality and the harder covers have a nice matte professional looking finish. I use this for engineering sketches and carry it around with me everywhere I go and it's holding up great.

Great product quality. The covers are very sturdy and protect the pages very well while being jostled around inside my backpack. The spiral spine is very nice, too. Very easy to turn the pages over without getting caught or ripping. I use this notebook for pencil sketching and I've had no issues with any part of this product.
