One application offers long lasting protection; for up to 10 hours. Clinically proven to be \"Very Water Resistant\" To use: Apply generously and evenly, 15 minutes before sun exposure, to ensure no missed areas and sufficient coverage. Reducing the amount of sunscreen applied will significantly lower the protection. Do not stay too long in the sun even when protected. Avoid intense midday sun (11am-3pm). Avoid contact with fabrics to help prevent staining. Follow enclosed instructions for the full benefit of P20.
Apply generously and evenly. Pay particular attention to the most vulnerable areas such as the ears, nose, shoulders, shins and feet. Do not spray directly on to face, spray on hands and rub in. Follow instruction leaflet carefully for full benefit of P20.

When it started, it looked like a rash on one arm, and I thought \"a bit of sunshine might help clear that rash up\". I immediately started using a typical high SPF sunblock that needs frequent reapplying - and to be fair, that's the one I put on every day and if I'm not going to be outside for long. I've learned a painful lesson and I'm limiting my sun exposure, but sometimes it just can't be avoided entirely and if I'm out and about on a sunny day P20 is the one I reach for. It's great protection, I've not even gone the tiniest bit pink, and if I'm out shopping there isn't much shade outdoors in town so it's definitely done it's job. 1. Shake the sunscreen bottle well before use. 2. Apply liberally to all exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. 3. Reapply every 2 hours or immediately after swimming, toweling off, or excessive sweating. 4. Use in conjunction with appropriate clothing, hats, and sunglasses to minimize sun exposure.
